I’m in the middle of a serious emotional depression and have put myself on a mission. It’s a mission to stop emotional eating and find the best natural weight loss and fat burning program.

No, I’m not suggesting you race the fairway; I’m talking about taking the leading small steps in doing the things, which ultimately will equal the biggest finish line sprint.

In doing this, you’ll meet some amazing people and experience a roller coaster of emotions (Not just laughter quite Vital, Emotional!)You will meet people who just cannot get enough, who lift you up and then put you back down again, quite often you find yourself in opposition with yourself, knowing what you should be doing and why but keeping yourself cast aside.

  1. Be Consistent

I know you cannot drink 1,000 cals a day, nevertheless if you eat 3 cals a day, that equals 400 cals in one day and that equals impossible to sustain over the week. Yes the cals are counted, เย็ดคาชุด there is a gauge which they use.
