Happy Halloween !!

Happy Halloween everyone!! I know it's been a long time since we've posted anything but awesome fashion posts so here's our Halloween post. How has everyone been doing?

I can't say I've been busy but at the same time I can't say I haven't been doing anything at all. I've been keeping up with the MLB though. Congratulations to the Cardinals for winning the World Series. I was kind of rooting for the Rangers though. I'm not the biggest sports fan but I do enjoy some baseball, gymnastics, swimming and occasionally football.

I meant to do some fun Halloween nails but I failed three times! I wanted to do this the fourth time but my white polish is pretty caked and I'm not getting a new one soon so now my nails are purplish silver and silvery blue.

Scratch that, I managed to do some cute basic Halloween nails. I'll post it up later but basically my thumbnail is Snoopy's head poking out of a pumpkin and the rest of my nails are half pumpkins. My white polish is still caked but I managed to get a blob out to shape Snoopy's head. I have no idea what is up with my sudden Snoopy obsession but it might actually have to do with the fact that I have a lovable beagle myself!

I'm thinking about getting some nail art brushes and maybe some dotting tools since I don't have the proper tools and I'm getting a little frustrated at watching nail art tutorials where people keep using the brushes and I can't do the same designs because I don't have the tools! I'm loving this hobby so I might be investing a little more in it.

If you're just starting nail art, you might not wanna get the entire set of nail tools just yet. Maybe you read my earlier post where I posted about my new found love for nail art and I said something about it getting to be an expensive hobby if I invest in the tools? Yeah, well, I might have put it the wrong way. I think that getting the tools online and doing your nails yourself is cheaper than going to a salon.

My friends go to the salon for their mani and they come out with nails a shade of pink. Whuuuuud? I could get a bottle of pink polish for 5 bucks and just do my own nails. I find it unnecessary and a waste of time and money to get your mani done at a salon when you could do all sorts of easy and fun designs at home.

As usual, I digressed from the main topic: Halloween! What are you doing/did you do for Halloween? Who are you dressing up as this year? What fun did y'all have?

I know the next holiday I'm looking forward to is Christmas! Oh, and Black Friday shopping, duh!

What comes after their self-titled album? Simple Plan and their new album! I can't wait for the album because from what Chuck and Pierre keep Tweeting now and then, it sounds pretty interesting. Also because we've been waiting for, what, two years already.

Then, there's AAR. They said they're gonna try to write an album together. You know, after their fight, they might have a little difficulties. I don't know but I'm hoping it'll be a really good one. Hopefully, they'll release it by the end of this year.

And Linkin Park? Definitely. More songs like New Divide and Leave Out All The Rest. I don't like the noisy screaming and rap-like songs. Hey, but they're not as bad as everyone thinks. I bet they'll have a song on Transformers 3.

Miss - oops, I mean, soon-to-be Mrs - Katy Perry is working with Ryan Tedder on her next album. Awesome pair! Ryan is good with anyone and all the songs he writes is just simple but amazing. Better vocal performance, maybe, Katy? And more lovable songs like I Kissed A Girl, please. Don't keep us waiting.

Maroon 5, please don't break up. Please, please, please. I'm willing to wait for album if you're not breaking up. They're all such great people. Their album should be ready by early 2010, says Wikipedia. I can't wait. I'm not expecting anything less from their new album.

What name comes before Departure? Jesse McCartney. Duh. What were you thinking? It seems like he's done with a few songs. He says it's like a continuation for Departure. Bleh. He should definitely sing more songs like Right Where You Want Me. Okay, whatever. I can't wait.

Oh, guess who else? Yes, Taylor Swift. Everyone is wild for her and everyone expects the best from her. Breakup, makeup, heartbreaks, unnoticed love songs.

This is for T, since I don't listen to Lifehouse. Lifehouse FTW for her! A new album this year, I think.

I don't know why, but I think I'll wait for Hard Fi's and Matchbox 20's new album this year. Hard Fi isn't that bad but hopefully there are some songs I can actually listen to. Go, Rob Thomas, for Matchbox 20! Their songs are so cute and nice. So, yeah.

BTW, Happy Birthday, Justin Timberlake!
