Linkin Park - Numb

Aww! Chester Bennington looks nerdily cute like Danny Messer, especially for you. Watch it. You won't regret because you'll immediately fall in love with Chester. The Linkin Park scenes are only nice. The girl scenes suck. Emo crap.

Melee - Built To Last

Very nice video. Love the piano parts. Love the scenes. Love the band. Love the guitarist. Love everything. It's also a great video. Oops. Did I mention that? Never mind. Whatever. Remember to watch it because you won't be disappointed. I'm glad they play it at Carls' Jr.

Simple Plan - Addicted

I remember watching this music video on TV with Taco. We were like, "Who is this? Linkin Park? Good Charlotte? No. Green Day?" I also remember mom calling it "destructive". Then, we went to watch all the Simple Plan videos for the first time, we were like, "Oh. It's them! Look at Pierre's hair. Haha." I wish we could find out about them all over again. It would be so cool. Sadly, it's back to waiting for more music videos to come out now...

Nice song, nice starting.

I don't really know their names except for Chester Bennington (my momma's favourite besides Pierre) and Mike Shinoda. That's all I know. Haha. But their songs rock.

I admire Chester's screaming. How long can he scream? His veins are practically coming out. He really has a pair of lungs. Especially in Given Up. I love threatening people with the song, Given Up because it's really noisy and scream-y.

Anyway, Numb is a really nice song. Not as noisy as Faint. I don't know how to describe it but you should go and listen to it. At first, I didn't like it but I fell in love with the song after listening to it for a few times.

Chester looks like a nerd in the music video. Haha. And his blonde hair! His jacket looks cool. I think it's about an unpopular, masochistic girl. Something like that. Everyone hates her...? They're singing in a church. Wow. Stupid ending though. The girl ran to the church and Linkin Park was gone. Meaning..?

week 1 – top ten ‘must listen’s

These are a few of my favorite songs that are undeniably gooood.

1. Daniel Powter - Next Plane Home (honestly, he's such an amazing pianist! This is his first single on his latest album.)

2. One Republic - Mercy (love this song. I don't know if it's because of Ryan Tedder or the lyrics but it's just super nice)

3. Hard-Fi - Suburban Knights (we thought it sucked at first but after we listened to it for a few times, it just sounded great. Weird )

4. Weezer - Pork and Beans (this is such a cute song - even the title is cute. The lyrics are so I-don't-care-ish and very Weird Al-ish.)

5. Colby O'Donis - Don't Turn Back (i don't know..you tell me)

6 . Katy Perry - Hot N' Cold (fast and catchy)

7 . Linkin Park - Leave Out All The Rest (was never really a big fan of theirs but this is something different..)

8 . Kaiser Chiefs - Never Miss A Beat (indie rock.. you'll be singing without realizing because it's just the kind of song which gets stuck in your head after listening to it once)

9. Sara Bareilles - Love Song (what can I say, really?)

10. Simple Plan - Your Love Is A Lie (saved the best for the last! Love the song, love the video)
