ok, that was weird

Today's lesson was grrrrreat.

NICE!

We used our guitar picks and strummed like birds. Nah, we didn't. It was nice to hear some music that sounded ok from us.

We also learned the A chord. Quite easy.

We even "played" a song. If you count stopping after every chord as playing. We played from a book.

We also got a book. I never heard any of the songs before. I guess we can't start with songs by Guns and Roses or Motley Crue. Not that I wanna play metal rock. The song we "played" sounded like crap.

My guitar produced a very stupid sound. Probably made by my fingers! Practice makes perfect and I'm gonna practice hard this week. Not hard as in not stopping until my fingers bleed but hard as in consistantly.

Problem today was - Newt wasn't in a very good mood. He showed us how to read some music then he just asked us to play the chord like the book said. He ignored us while we were practicing and wrote some stuff on some papers. Weird.

Pedobear was and is and will always be an idiot every week. He looked in again, just like last week. Luckily I didn't see his face because he was probably smirking. Big improvement for him today. He changed his clothes. Haha. He was teaching some students to play the violin. Freakin' noisy.

Overall for today's lesson - nice...? You tell me.

Was raining most of the day.

Crappy weather but still a fun day.

unsuspecting saturday evening

We managed to get through that lesson, painfully. As in real pain.

Newt (new teacher) is alright, I guess. He asked a few questions and started the lesson. We moved to another room which was much bigger than the one before. He taught us the E minor chord, C chord, G chord and D chord.

He went too fast. Well, at least, he didn't laughat us like Pedobear or go, "See! Hah! See!". He just told us if we were wrong and corrected us. He smells like smoke. I think Pedobear's dung smell was worse. Whichever one you prefer.

Newt showed off. He played some songs when teaching us. But I was hardly interested in that because I was busy trying to correct my fingers and ignore the lines on my fingers. It hurts but I guess it'll go away. Sooner or later. Back to the point. Newt kept playing with his handphone and leaving the room. At least we can slack while he's gone. He didn't even mind when we asked him how to place our fingers for whatever chord that is for the hundredth time.

Anyways, Pedobear was there.. wearing the same clothes. I think he didn't even change. Oh my God. How disgusting can you get? He saw us and refused to lend an extra guitar but we got it anyway. He smirked at us. Go and smirk, #%)*^@. Don't act like we never told you. Don't even underestimate us, $($&(##!

Psst! Newt said we could play some songs in a few weeks.

finally

Oh my God! It's Saturday. Finally.

The day has come.. a few hours are left.

Isn't that something good? Time is passing quickly today. Weird.

I hope Pedobear isn't there to laugh at us, if not.. Ever watched a show called Into The Sun? Steven Seagal stabbed these chopsticks into a guy's throat. Yeah, I'm gonna do that if he laughs.

I was wondering if I should cut my fingernails. The last lesson, my fingernails were too short. I don't want them to be too long now.. Let's just hope I remember later because I'm too lazy now.

Can't wait! A few more hours left. Am I repeating what I said? Ok, well, never mind.

I haven't touched the guitar in days! Shhh! I don't know what to practise because it just makes me frustrated. At least I have something to practise after today.. Hope so.

yeah, man

A few more hours! Wow!

This class is much earlier than the last one. That means, I don't have to wait too long. Yeah!

Though, carrying the guitar to the place is very embarassing. Everyone around is like : . They actually turn around and look after us. Some people even stop and stare. And then we're like, "Walk faster" or "Ignore them" and so, we keep walking then.

So, tomorrow, we're gonna park near the place, run out with our guitars and run straight into the place. Relief? No. What if you run and bump straight into someone you know? Die of embarassment. But hey, whatever.

Can't wait for the hundredth time. If I continue to complain and make these stupid countdowns after tomorrow, blame the teacher, not me.

running out of time

Can't. Freaking. Wait. For. Saturday. To. Come.

I can't sit still. Saturday is a few hours away. Why can't it just come now? Maybe I should just sleep until dinner. Good idea. I think I might.

I hope :

the teacher doesn't play stupid lil' idiotic guitar games that wastes lots of time.
he doesn't smell like dung.
his fingernails aren't very long and disgusting.
he's a good and patient teacher.
he teaches what I listed down in the other post.
he doesn't act like a pedobear!
he gives us something to practise? (ok, that's stupid but whatever)
we get books!!!
the one hour is worth it.
tomorrow will be here now!!!

tick tock tick tock

Almost one day left!!!

Ok, now I seriously can't wait. I found this really cool website. You just search for a song of your choice and there it is! A list of songs for you. Just find the band name and there you go. There's even ratings so you know which one is the best.

Isn't that freaking cool?!!

So, when I learn all those stupid basics, I can finally.. FINALLY, play songs of my choice. *scream* But.. I don't think it'll be that quick. Whatever!

Since all my countdown posts are pretty much the same, let me list out what I hope I'll learn on Saturday. Something different!

Tuning the guitar - duhhhh. That's what I've been waiting for, right? Tuning is very important, to me. I'll might even consider doing a countdown until I can tune the guitar. :oops:
Frets - yes! I've been waiting for this too. It's fun to press down the strings. It may hurt or take some time but I don't care. Pressing where might be the hard part. Pressing between the frets or near the fret.. wow..
Using the pick - HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO OWN A COLLECTION OF GUITAR PICKS. That really rocks. Just imagine it..
Music notes - what the heck is Em or something like that?

I'm asking for a lot but hey, whatever. At least two from the list, please! Let's just hope.

hmm…

I just realised that I'm waiting for lots of things.

Firstly, the guitar lesson. Duh. Haha. As I said in every stupid countdown. Let's hope The Devil isn't there this Saturday!

Secondly, Simple Plan's tour to end so that they can get back to the studio and START ON A NEW RECORD!!! Yeah, man! Can't wait, can't wait. But sadly, that's next month. Still.. nice dreamy thought.

Thirdly, Backstreet Boys' tour to end too! Their songs are grrrreat. Especially the Unbreakable album. All the songs are really, really nice. Very addictive.

Fourthly, A. J. from the Backstreet Boys to release his solo album. Drive By Love sounds great. :mrgreen: He performed it live here and it was just.. nice!

Fifthly, Simple Plan to post more pictures on their main website and update it!!! Now, Patrick's gone. Said the rumors. I don't know but seems like it.

Two more days!

Ok, this countdown is getting ridiculous. I know it's becoming pretty boring to you but hang on there. I'm excited about it.. again. And maybe doing this countdown will make the days pass quicker.

This is just a short post to update you on how I feel everyday.. but my mood doesn't seem to change. It's taking too long and making me old here! I'm itching for Saturday to come. I enjoy practising but currently, I don't have anything to practise at all. Well, that's the whole point why I'm waiting, right?

In four or five hours, Thursday will be here. Here's the best expression for me now - waiting for the sky to fall. Yes. Feels like Saturday is never but I think I'll get through all this.
