Recently, my girlfriend asked me if it was possible to buy a house online. Why not? She was surprised but excited because she was ready to move out of her old apartment. She has been looking for an Affordable Housing Option but she has not much time because her days are packed tightly with many schedules. It seems like her house-hunting job isn't as easy as it looks. So, I decided to do some research for her to lighten the weight on her shoulders. Let me tell you that this research took days. It's not that easy!

I finally found an amazing website for her. The description of the houses are so detailed. There are so many pictures to scroll through. It's also easy to use and the prices are reasonable and good. I was so amazed that I spent hours staring at the screen, checking out the whole website. I called my girlfriend up and told her I found her dream house at Long Beach Rent To Own Homes, a very friendly website. One of my best accomplishments.

I'm glad that she's happy and now, she can relax a little bit more. Helping your friend look for a house is more enjoyable than I thought.

A few months ago, I went to get a new pair of glasses. There were not many choices so I chose a simple pair of glasses. A few days later, I asked a friend where she got her pair of adorable glasses from and she told me there was this website where I could order eyeglasses. Just the other day, my friend was talking to me about her mom getting a new office space because a big company at the previous building that she'd been working at wanted to buy up her floor. Now her mom is working in a building that is almost like one of those Luxury Apartments. I've always loved grand apartments because they are somewhat like hotels and I love fancy hotels. Just one click and I can see all the nearby cities, nearby neighborhoods, nearby zip codes and even nearby colleges. How dandy is that? I wish all sites are as easy to use as LuxuryApartmentShop.com. Oh, and it even features a countrywide inventory of luxury apartment rental listings. The photos on the site are nice but some of them are slightly too small. They even list down the prices for you which is so helpful for those of us who have no time to check the prices manually. I think I would really love to get one of my own luxury apartments.

Yay! I can buy a house now with the help of the 2010 Homebuyer Tax Credits. It is a real estate stimulus program.

For those who plan on buying their first home or have not owned a house in 3 years, this is your chance to receive up to $8,000 in tax credit. Who says the government isn't helping? This is a great plan for those who want to have their own home. No more fuss about paying the rent, guys. And for those of us who have lived in our current home for more than 5 years, we're qualified to receive up to $6,500 in tax credit when buying a new home.

However, there is a deadline for this and all qualified homebuyers are urged to have a written binding by April 30, 2010. So hurry up and send in your bindings by that date. star spangled rodeo

I've never been to a rodeo before but I've seen the things they do at rodeos on TV and it looks like a hell lot of fun to me. I heard that every March, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo takes place and I don't know much about livestock but if someone got me a couple of RodeoHouston tickets, I'd be sure to go.

I've seen some of the photos taken by people sitting in the front row and I think it'd be surreal to be sitting right in front of everything. And livestock aren't going to be the only ones there, y'know. Everyday there'll be performances by different singers. This definitely sounds like the kind of thing I'd go to. I'm bummed that Maroon 5 and Bon Jovi aren't performing this year but they've got tons of other performers that I like. Rascal Flatts is one of my favorite bands and not to mention, our favorite country star Brad Paisley is gonna be there as well.

The ticket pricing is pretty reasonable so I would say it's worthwhile to go in there and have a good time for such a good price.
P.S: Don't forget them star spangled boots and wide brimmed cowboy hats. Yeehaw!

granite sinks for your kitchen

Who knew sinks could be made of 100% environmental friendly material? I didn't until I found out about the Undermount Granite Sink. And these new sinks are mounted, not 'dropped in'. How efficient. We've had the same sink for years and I think it's time to get a new sink that can kill bacteria on contact and withstand a large amount of heat.
