Fun Fridays!

I just chopped my hair off to a ridiculously short length two weeks back. I’m gonna leave it to grow so that I can do this. I love cute and messy braids like this. So chic and simple. Too bad my hair is dark. I’d love to have hair color this pretty.

Okay, now I can’t wait for my hair to grow out. Boohoo.

“What are you thinking of, Anne?” asked Gilbert, coming down the walk. He had left his horse and buggy out at the road.

“Of Miss Lavendar and Mr Irving,” answered Anne dreamily. “Isn’t it beautiful to think how everything has turned out… how they have come together again after all the years of separation and misunderstanding.”

This particular section of Anne of Avonlea caught my attention the most and I’ve been thinking about it for the whole day. If you’ve read Anne of Green Gables, you’ll be well acquainted with the main characters – Anne, Diana, Marilla, Matthew, Gilbert, Mrs Rachel Lynde, Josephine Barry and blah blah blah.

And you’ll also know what happened between Anne and Gilbert. And you’ll know why this part is so sweet. Unfortunately, I lost the rest of the series and I have yet to find it but I’m pretty sure they’re still at home… somewhere. I know that Gilbert and Anne got married and had kids and lived happily ever after but I want to read it. ): Must hunt for books soon.

I think if I had to name one person I’m most similar to, it’d be Anne Shirley. She’s dreamy and she likes to daydream and she’s got a wide scope of imagination and she likes writing and she’s basically just a nice person. I think that a lot of people can’t associate with her dreaminess and peculiar taste and clumsy behavior and they just think that she’s a featherhead. She’s more than that, really.

Just needed to say that. Now I’m off to write. To infinity and beyond..!!

Nice legs, gorgeous heels. I saw a pair of zebra print heels the other day. Mouthwatering, I tell you. Oh well, too bad I’m not getting it. I guess imagining myself in them is good enough. If only I had legs as long and slim as this person’s… Lol.

Yes, I joined Tumblr last week or so. It’s fun. I mean, it’s mostly reblogging but that’s a fun concept. I enjoy reblogging pretty stuff and inspirational words and stuff like that. I mean, it’s relaxing, you know, to admire pretty pictures then reblog them. I only go in when I feel bored. I’m only following 80+ people but every time I go to sleep and wake up the next day, there’s tons (!!!) of stuff on the dashboard.

And it’s nice being someone unknown for a change. (: I’m not telling you what my Tumblr link is. Just enjoy the beautiful photos I’ll post here. Never understood the fuss about Tumblr. Now I do. It might be a bit confusing at first because you don’t know where to follow people and stuff but you’ll get the hang of it pretty soon. And their blogging concept is easy to understand.

Five years ago, if you asked me if I thought that Adam Brody was cute, I would say no. Today, I think he’s adorable. (: I don’t quite like the OC phase but now that he’s past it, I think he’s ohmygodgorgeous. Don’t ask.

Okay, so it was infatuation at first sight for me when I saw him on Jennifer’s Body which is arguably better than Twilight. I like guys in bands, so sue me.
