chores and more, scores

So I decided to play the ant in the ant and grasshopper story today.
My dog, Ty, decided to screw the whole garden up. No, he doesn't decide. It's on his mind everyday, actually. It's one of his missions in life - to have fun and screw it all. He ripped a pair of flip flops into pieces, tried to chew on the car, ripped out pieces of wood from the shoe rack and did his business on goodness knows how many places.
Being me, I went to check on him after he was punished to make sure he wasn't crying or hating us or doing more stupid stuff. I was surprised to see that no one actually bothered to clean the mess. Maybe they have other stuff to do but the mess was still there. The next thing, I was picking up a broom and sweeping up all the mess. I guess I didn't want Ty to harm himself by eating wood or sponge. Also because the garden looked like a shipwreck. After that, I poured him a cup of water because the weather was horribly hot.
Ty's mother didn't love him when he was a pup, so you can't really blame him because he just wants to have fun. So, if the animal don't love the animal, the humans gotta love the animal. Dogs are made to reduce stress. He's an amazing thing if he isn't pretending that he doesn't understand words.
That's what I did on my Friday afternoon.
