I just watched Death Race. 7/10

Jason Statham. Whoo! Good-looking and fit as ever.

The movie was kinda good. The kind which is worth paying for. Action packed and full of unexpected turns. You'll be like, "Never saw that one coming." The metal scrap cars were cool and the race itself almost made me pee in my pants. An absolute thriller with a down-to-earth storyline. A bit like Half Past Dead 2 except this is about racing for freedom.

The story is basically about Jensen Ames (Jason Statham) who was wrongfully imprisoned for the death of his wife whom he never killed. He gets offered by Warden Hennessey to become Frankenstein, a deceased and winner of most of the Death Races, and race for his freedom. Jensen agrees and gets himself into a serious twist of conspiracy which doesn't take him that long to figure out. His crew members consists of Coach, Lists and Gunner (if I'm not mistaken). The racers each have a female companion to guide them or something like that. Case is Jensen's female companion and she's not the hottest thing but I think she looks better than Megan Fox. LOL. Maybe. Then the story continues and I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't watched it.

Going to watch Underworld soon. Ughh, don't feel like watching it but since the brother has been egging me to, I guess I'll have to please him so that he doesn't keep asking me to watch it everytime we watch Tv.

Oh. Dinner wasn't that bad but there was no air- cond! Not as bad as the coffee place yesterday though.

Well.. I'm off.
